@all kindly advise , I have 2 entries 120 days visa , I am second entry now . I already did finger in sef before one month , waiting for card. I travel outside europe for some urgent office work and back to Portugal with another Schengen visa is okay? Should I ask and inform sef or Aima ? without appointment not easy and it takes very long wait.

i need prepare things to travel, I am very anxious for it. Need seniors guidance.

Given the urgency of your matter, I suggest that you go to an AIMA office in person and ask your question. It's probably easier to contact AIMA/SEF by phone now, as they're trying to improve their customer service with this reorganisation.
