Rent an apartment in Mauritius on Tourist Visa

Hi!

I want to come to Mauritius from Ukraine for 6 months with my gf. We would like to rent an apartment for this time, is it possible on Tourist Visa? I can get the Premium Visa but we do not plan to stay for more than 180 days, but I am worrying if it possible to sign a lease contract while being on Tourist Visa. I would be grateful if someone can assist on this topic. Also if you have any modern properties with light design and comfortable workspaces up to 50-60k MUR available to rent in early December, we are open to your propositions.

Yes you can rent. I suggest that you have a look at the adverts posted in the Housing in Mauritius section of the website. You may also create your own "looking for" ad in the same section should you want to receive offers.
