Anyone with experience an issue that I have regarding my daughter. She is 11 years old and lives in my home country. I am her father and I have her birth certificate, but my current partner is not listed as her mother. She is not the biological mother and she has not adopted her.

I live in Belgium with my partner, who is a Belgian citizen. We are legally cohabiting and I have applied for a family reunion based on our relationship. I am waiting for my card F to be issued.

My plan is to bring my daughter here in the next few months to live with us. But I'm not sure what her status will be when she arrives. Will she be granted Belgian citizenship because of my partner, or will her status depends on my card F as the biological father?

I would appreciate any advice or guidance you can give me on this matter.
