My company has kept my passport. If I want to go home how can I go before the visa expires, if the visa is for 2 years?

Hi faizchoudhary983,

Yes, you can go home, provided your sponsor hands you back your passport. The very point of employers seizing employees' passports is exactly for the same reason - that they do not leave the country before the end of their term. Though this is illegal most employers do it nevertheless. Who is to bell the cat ?
