Teaching Opportunity

Post new topic

subaitazubair1983

I have Doctorate and Master of Philosophy in Anthropology, and Master of Science in Psychology  from Quaid-i-Azam University, Pakistan.

I am seeing any part time or permanent position as Visiting Assistant Professor, Regular, Assistant Professor, Tutor or Sessional Instructor.

I can teach sociology (3 years), psychology (3 years) and anthropology (3 years). I have taught for almost 5 and a half years in different universities.

Can anyone guide what is required from me to avail teaching opportunity or what is expected from professors like us to come to Netherlands and prove themselves as an asset in the academic world there.

Can certification for BKO will be helpful or is there any other proper way?

I will be looking forward to the constructive feedback.

Hi-

Your best bet is to check career pages for the various schools/LinkedIn/various professional associations.

One thing to note is there’s been rumblings in the Dutch gov’t lately about reducing or eliminating English language instruction, so if you want to teach in the Netherlands I’d start working hard to learn Dutch if I were you. Good luck with the job hunt!
