hello all,

Please give some advise one of my friend( engineer from india ) facing problem that,

1. present employer told him to make transfer for that HR need Saudi council engineer certificate is that necessary. only registration is and membership id is enough pls advise.

2.He applied SCE and paid it last week, how much days ideally to get certificate reflect in the website.

3.the previous employer told that he doesn't do by a week he will do exit, what is the best way to deal this any suggestion at this moment really helpful.

4.suppose if he do the exit is that possible to transfer.

Answers to your query:

To transfer sponsorship, there is no requirement to have SCE certificate. However for iqama renewal if the profession on iqama is related to SCE certification requirement, then he has to register with SCE and get his certificate verified and approved and get membership. Without this Iqama renewal process will not happen.
It depend on the verification process. However he should have got a temporary membership certificate from SCE, with this he should be able to perform iqama renewal and transfer.
If exit is placed by the current employer then he cannot make transfer of the iqama and will have to leave the country within 60 days from the date of Final exit visa.
