After final exit qiwa request accepted old company

My iqama is transferebel.company told me I will give transfer then they issued final exit .I asked why issued exit visa they said me find job cancel exit visa after I found job new company send me qiwa request I accepted and old company also accepted.now qiwa status showing notice period ( pending for completion 90 days) my final exit before and after notice period will be completed.so what should I do now
