Good day to all.

I came here to ask about how would you know if you are FIT or UNFIT based on the medical result.

Will the Clinic inform you or UAE Government?

Did you received SMS after your medical saying that your Visa screening results are ready and have been sent to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs? What does this SMS means?

No one will inform you straight off.

The sms of visa screening results (if you weren't called for a re-test) usually means FIT. The only reason that this sms is sent is to inform you/your employer to proceed with the remaining part of the visa process. Think of it as a notification that a stage has been passed.

On the UNFIT side, you will know through different signs:

1) They will call you for a re-test

2) After the re-test, if you have failed, you will be asked to go to the center/immigration with employer and passport. This is when you will be formally told that you are UNFIT and deportation proceedings will be initiated

1 happens a lot but sometimes it is just a simple re-test due to contamination of sample for example. You start worrying if 2 happens after 1.
