Query regarding Work Visa for overstayer

Hi,


So I was on 6 months visit visa but I am overstaying from last 2 months, and recently I got a job offer and they are willing to apply for visa but I didn't inform them that I am overstaying and want some clarifications before informing them:


1- Is it possible for companies to apply for visa for individuals who are overstaying if yes then How different or difficult the procedure is as compared to normal local transfer?

2- In case of Fines and penalties I am willing to pay off these myself if needed but I would like to know an estimated amount of it so if anyone could give me a approximate amount that would be highly appreciated.

3- Is there any practice that companies pay off fines as well if they hire a overstayer?

1) Yes.  Normal process but expect the visa to be rejected

2) No one can tell you the amount.  Approach NPRA and ask them
