When can a spouse apply for citizenship?

I have obtained my nationality, as well as my children. However, I am unsure about my wife's situation. Does she need to work for many years before she can apply, or is there an exception? Currently, she holds an L card. Thanks!

Hi,

She needs to fullful all requirements except for economic integration. That means:

She needs to have been:

- in belgium for at least 5 years

- be socially and linguisticly integrated

- have been married with you for at least 3 years
