I have been to Uganda few years ago for my master thesis, unfortunately it was during Covid outbreak so i had to go back to France in emergency... I did not think about changing the shillings into euros before coming back, I have a bit more than 200€ in Uganda currency. So I would like to know if some french guys are interested by changing their euros into shillings before going to Uganda ?
