Employee transfer within Bahrain

1.    Entire process step by step for more than 1 year with current employer & NOC

2.    Time it takes to complete entire process

3.    Does it have to be 15 days before existing RP expires?

4.    Medical tests to be done again?

5.    Documents require

Everything is listed here.

And no medical tests.  It can take up to 2 weeks for this to happen.

@XTang Thank you so much.

kindly clarify the following please

Special Conditions

The transfer process is only available while the expatriate employee's permit is still valid for at least 15 days.

XTang

Clarify what?  they have listed it clearly.

Before they wanted it to be valid for at least 3 months but now they have reduced it to 15 days.  This is a must.

nirenm

@XTang, this 15 days counts before RP expires ( with existing employer ) or its okay to do during 1 month of grace period?

I presume that if its within existing employment, its ‘employee mobility’ and after that its just new visa woth new employer during grace period. Is it correct understanding ?

XTang

They won't let you apply for mobility during grace period. It has to be applied during current employment.

Once visa expires, it is a new visa application.

1) Don't solicit business here on the forums and post contact details

2) Read what the poster is asking before answering - this is not about transfer but about timelines of RP expiry
