Travel Ban

Hi,I got to pay 9k to Mobily postpaid got no message from any of organisation but that amount has been notified with traffic fine once I made an account with the bank.

Can somebody advise if I can go out for vacations and if I won't be stopped at airport?????however nothing has found upon checking in Absher seems can't get the info needed from Absher.
