Recent applications for Verification against EU Law

Hi all,

Has anybody applied for verification against EU law in the last 6-8 months and if so, how long did the IND take to make a decision?

My application process started in August and there are only 10 days left in the decision period. I haven't received any updates yet and am starting to worry. Is anybody else in the same boat?

Hi, thanks for your question-

I think generally you can file an appeal (put IND in default) if they don't answer you within the stated time. The process is outlined here.

It is always after 6 months..... exactly on that day or afterwards but not before 6 months.
