Bonjour,

I am resident in Tallinn since 2010

Didn t come there since the covid. 3 years ago.

I would like to exchange with residents already there how things arenow in general , what has changed in three years.

I need also some legal advices to put together the mess i left there it s been three years : bills to pay , taxes etc ...

Can you please provide more details on the bills and taxes ? Did you own or rent property ?
