by guide i mean- what are chances getting SPass approval after appeal.

@mansontaylor1011 In your first post you asked only about the processing time. Now you want to know appoval chances. The two are not correlated!

If the reason was removed in the appeal - AND there are no other rejection reasons - then you have a chance. Otherwise not.

same here my EP was applied on Dec 29 and got rejected on the 8th of January due to wrong job title. They re-applied on the same day and until now it is pending!

i hope it gets approved very soon!

i have been waiting since Dec. got rejected one time and reappealed again on 12th January, still nothing just pending.

i don't know why is it taking so long!!!

Now I can join the new company without my current boss's permission?

You should follow conditions/rules defined with your current employer and offer letter. You cant simply abscond from your present work then join in your new company. This will leads to conflict which will be ended with your current employer complaining to MoM then you may be in trouble. Follow the process.
