I know there was a thread this was on before but I can't find it :-/

I recvd the white medical card a few weeks ago so now need to finalize this. Is it just a case of selecting a Gesy doctor and register so he/she has my records or can I just rock up at any doctor when required and show the card to get treatment? If I need prescription drugs how do I get these? Anyone recommend a doctor near Tala?

You need to register with a personal doctor (GP), they can do the registration for you, and it is through them that you get prescriptions/ referrals/ specialists etc. You can use the GESY website to get a list of personal doctors in your area, although you can register with and PD wherever they are, if they are accepting patients.

Through GESY you need to go online and register as a beneficiary then register with a doctor...take your med card S1 copy if you have it and Res permit.. most clinics will assist you....
