Advice on the availability/quality of periodontal surgery

Can anyone suggest a clinic capable of performing quality periodontal surgery with which you have experience? I have some deep pockets that need cleaning out and maybe some bone added. Possibly wisdom teeth removed. I don't quite trust online website reviews and would rather hear from someone who has had good experiences with a capable periodontist in Panama.
