Rabat for teenage girls

Hello,

we might have the possibilty to live in Rabat for a couple of years with our family (2 daughters 18 & 15). We travelled the beautiful Morocco a few years ago but didn’t visit Rabat at that time. Overall a very good trip although sometimes our girls felt a little uncomfortable despite being dressed appropriatly.

but.. this was in touristic places like Marrakech, Essouira.

I am wondering how thus is in Rabar. Will they feel safe and would they be able to go out by themselves?
