Deportation + Blacklist

Post new topic

keilitonjua

Hi @xtang

If a case decision is deportation + 3yr blacklist in BH.

Is there any court documents needed to get from a lawyer before departure to present in immigration? Does an immigration officer will still stop anyone if already have a court ruling for deportation and then go straight to Aiport to travel back to their home country?

What are the risk if you stayed little more time in Bh even you have already deportation ruled in your case? (Reason to stay a little more time is to save some money.)

Also, does the blacklist will be automatically be removed after 3 yrs? If maybe plan to come back again in Bh.

Note: There is a valid visa for 4 months more.

Thank you for your response.

You can leave.  But manage your expectations as in all probability, you won't be coming back to Bahrain.

I am currently checking to apply for work to another country. (Canada, Australia or Europe)

There are questions to answer in application. Like "have you been deported to another country".

Do this countries share immigration data in the middle east?

I'm afraid my application will got denied or refused later on either to Yes or No answer.

Thank you for your answer @xtang.

My advice, don't lie.   If later they discover that you lied, even if you have managed to get US or Canadian citizenship by then, it can be revoked for lying on the immigration application.

Hi xtang.  I want to know how serious my case is. My boss cr got expired and she didn't renew it  which means my visa got canceled also but I didn't know.  LMRA came to our shop to check the CR and saw that its expired and my visa also was not valid.  They gave my boss a summon to the ministry but now I am moving to a new company who wants to apply my visa but it got rejected by Lmra because I have an irregular worker case in LMRA.

Can it be possible for this case to be solved so that my visa can be applied .

How serious can the case be on me .

Please help .

XTang

Serious.   Get a lawyer.   Worst case fine and deportation / blacklist.

@XTang

My old boss paid a fine .

My new company said I should wait let them see what they can do to settle the issue .

Because the time I was caught I was in 1 month probation period to leave the company.

Will this help the issue a little ?

XTang

I already gave you my view.  Up to you.  I have seen hundreds of these cases end very badly for people like you.

@XTang Hi . concerning my issue i was thinking on going to Lmra to talk to them about what to do but am skeptical that they will arrest me there .
