Finding an expat community and friends in Benin

Hi all,

I am Leighanna. I live in Benin part-time and travel back and forth between here and the US. Currently, I am working remotely out of the US but trying to find a job in Benin that helps me continue my career as an educational researcher. My husband is from here and we have 2 lovely girls. I am trying to make this place my more permanent home and am also trying to find community and friends. I have a basic grasp of French and am trying to use it more, but would also like to be able to get together with other English and Spanish speakers.
