LMRA on part timing

I have visa from other company but LMRA went inside the office which is not my sponsored visa company. they ask the company which I am training in to pay 1000 BD fee. I ask them if there will be a problem for me they said no and let me sign on a paper to be given to the owner and to present to LMRA . just want to ask once company paid the fee will there will be any problem for me or my visa renewal or CPR.
