I would like to ask if anyone have any idea how to apply dependent partner visa as same sex couple without previous tenancy agreement. How do we qualify for visa under intimate relationships. We are both non EU and I am currently in student visa.

You need to demostrate to Migri that you get enough money to maintain to your couple in Finland. Without a job or a good amount a money in the bank there's no so much to do

@mosergio89 yeah that part i assume my partner will just show fund enough for her stay. Donyou have any idea about the chances of approval without proof of living together for 2 years?
