2) What is the scientific engineering bachelor’s degree you physically completed in college.

3) How many years you have taken in college your scientific engineering bachelor’s degree.

4) What is your total years of experience related to your scientific engineering bachelor’s degree.

5) Does the diploma certificate of scientific engineering bachelor’s degree, academic transcript of records (TOR) are authenticated, apostilled, and attested from Saudi embassy in your home country, yes or no?

6) Have you passed the--> Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) fundamental engineering (FE) eligibility test for engineers correspond to your scientific engineering bachelor’s degree.

Present iqama profession is Worker (Amil)

I have 2 year diploma of (Draftsman civil) regular from government college also (Apostille done)

Total Saudi Arabia 4.5 year Experience And Indian 5 Years

Now Working as a (General survey)

And I want to get Saudi council of engineering member ship

Please suggest what to do

1) And it's possible to get membership without changing iqama profession!

2) And also supposed if I get SCE membership for iqama renewal it's mandatory to change profession as per SCE

Base on your credentials, you can apply as Civil Draftsman under non-Engineer Technician category that have been link with SCE and need to be registered with SCE. And yes, it is possible to get SCE membership without changing iqama profession. Moreover, it is not mandatory to change visa profession for the renewal of iqama once you are fully accepted as member of the of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

So it's mean I can't apply for the (General Surveyor)

I have to apply only for Draftman civil rights?

1) The problem is currently I am working as a General surveyor for the past almost 9 years

2) There any other way to get membership for the (General surveyor )

3) I have experience letter from former Employer from India with company letter pad with stamp

4) Also Saudi Arabia experience with company letter pad with stamp 4.5 Years)

Please suggest me what to do

Have a try for General Surveyor SCE membership registration. Submit the following documents.

1-The diploma document must be certified, authenticated, apostilled, and attested at the front and back from Saudi embassy in your home country.

2- The SCE Letter of Authorization and confirmation with the name, date and signature on it.

3- A recent letter of introduction certified by the Commercial Chamber from the technician's employer.

4- Clear copy of the accommodation permit (Iqama) or entry visa.

5- Clear copy of passport.

6- Appropriate personal photo.

Warning: One of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) requirements state that foreign expat applicant should have an accredited diploma from outside the Kingdom. The applicant must comply with the code of ethics. If the expat practices the non-engineering profession (Technician or equivalent) without accreditation will be banned from practicing and may face a fine of up to SR1 million followed by deportation. Submitting forgery documents (Fake) or providing false statements to Saudi authorities in the Kingdom is a serious offense.
