moving overseas with a heart disease and a dsfibrillator

Good morning,

I am 68 retired American.

I have a heart disease and that requires me to have a defibrillator. I would like to move.

Live and travel to different countries.

My question is there medical facilities that can check my defibrillator and replace battery when needed?
