End of service benefits and transfer Issue

Hello everyone I need help badly. I sent non renewal letter ro my employee 3 months ago. And even requested termination of contract due to finished contract. I got a new offer in qiwa and accepted it. It's currently on notice period. I stopped working with my employer on March 10th and even they renewed my contract and iqama. Now I am with my employer and I am trying to get my end service benefits with them. The HR telling me that I have contract in qiwa which I didnt sign. And theyre telling me that I made a breach of contract. Please help me. I need to get my final pay with them. To where I can get help regarding this problem.

@irismones19 can you provide clarity what breach of contract is your HR blaming you about? Plus did you make non renewal selection on Qwia platform on the day you made non renewal reqest to HR?

Search on Google for " friendly settlement" and then apply for a settlement. The court will resolve your issue within 90 Days. hope it will help you.
