I'm from Pakistan living in Saudi Arabia legally and  my girlfriend belongs to Philippine . We are both muslim, we want marriage while she living in Philippine. She want to come Saudi Arabia on umra visa to perform umra and return to Philippine. But we want marriage during the umra stay. Is it possible and what is legal process and what documents required.

Please any one help me.

1. **Obtain approval**: As a Pakistani citizen, you'll need approval from Saudi authorities to marry a non-Saudi. This usually involves submitting an application and required documentation.

2. **Permission for your girlfriend**: Your girlfriend, being a Philippine citizen, may need permission from the Saudi Ministry of Interior to marry you. This involves submitting documents like a valid passport and a certificate of no impediment.

3. **Legalize documents**: Ensure documents like birth certificates and certificates of no impediment are legalized by the Philippine authorities and authenticated by the Saudi Embassy in the Philippines.

4. **Umrah visa**: Your girlfriend can apply for an Umrah visa to visit Saudi Arabia. However, marrying during Umrah may have restrictions, so check the regulations.

5. **Marriage procedure**: Once approvals are in place, conduct the marriage ceremony at a local court or authorized marriage office in Saudi Arabia.

6. **Follow-up**: After marriage, complete any necessary procedures to register the marriage officially.

@taufiqueahmad375 Yes you can get married. But you cannot get married if your wife comes on Umrah visa. She can apply for Saudi multiple entry visa and when she arrives at Saudi Arabia, register her Absher access and then you can visit Najiz Offices located all over Saudi Arabia and they will guide you of the process. Please bare in mind that if your wife parents are Muslim then the court need a letter from the wife's parents to get married which must be attested by Saudi embassy in Philippines.

It will also require 4 witnesses.

if you are already in Saudi Arabia, please check with one of the Najiz Offices

I'm struggling with my marriage and don't have enough witnesses. People here are afraid to help. Or ask huge money to help which is not right thing.

All the best.
