Any recommendations on how to look for a job in Namibia ?

My name is Johan Erasmus. I am a South African Citizen wishing to relocate/immigrate with my Family to Namibia.

I am a qualified diesel mechanic with more than 15 years of experience in this field.

I've been reaching out to recruitment agencies but no luck so far. Any recommendations on how to look for job opportunities in Namibia as an expat?
