I used to be registered as family member but now I got my Italian citizenship and want to change from family member to my own card (I’m current in a divorce process, so I need to change it anyway). Does anyone know how to proceed or have any tips about? (Form number etc…)

A good place to start is the office that gave you your ID card?

You will not be issued with an ID card in Malta, unless you are a Maltese citizen. If you are an Italian citizen, you need to apply for an eResidence Document.

You should complete form A if you are employed, or form J if you are financially self sufficient.
