Dear, I would like to know about one employee visa period is over .there months ago expired, he applied to flexi visa 15 days before.still not complete the visa process.but he start to work with my opposite company by showing the applying of flexi visa.is this illegal working before complete the visa procedure? For my company safety am I need to report to lmra ,that he start work with other company? If lmra inspect the work place and find out that working before visa process am I get penalty? Kindly let me know detail information

Without an approved visa no one can work, if he is caught by LMRA he could be fined or deported as well.
