HI ALL

I have come to Saudi on Engineering visa so its compulsory for me to register in Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) to get my Iqama, but after submitting the documents I got the rejection message " Sorry, your application could not be accepted due to that the date of graduation has not been above five years. Please attach the temporary acceptance letter for the purpose of final exit (Forms Link)" I am B.E Electrical Engineer from Pakistan and I have only one year of experience.

I went to SCE and ask them any solution, they said there is no option, and you have to final EXIT.

Can anyone kindly guide any solution?

I have no iqama; can I change my engineering visa to any other visa like labor or technician? (Profession change?)

If I do final exit, is it possible to come back on any other visa like labor or technician in Saudi again?

Please tell urgent my visa validity is getting expired on this month.

NO solution as stated already by the OP that there is no option. Bear in mind that a foreign expat engineers with less than five (5) years of experience are not accepted as member by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), unless they are Saudi Bedoon.

Also, submitting forgery documents (Fake) or providing false statements to Saudi authorities in the Kingdom is a serious offense, and may face a fine of up to SR1 million followed by deportation.

@fa19beee0023 it happened to me. I was working in Saudi for 9 months with my company without iqama because my company coudn't give me iqama, and that's because I came to Saudi with engineer's visa but I am not yet qualified to register in SCE. The only solution there is to go for final exit then get new visa that doesn't require SCE membership then come back to Saudi. That's what happened to us.

@Mark Paul Calvez what was the issue when you arrived to KSA with Engineer's Visa but ain't qualified to register with SCE?

Mark Paul Calvez

@RedTrumpet yes, in 2018, I came to KSA with engineer's visa, and for that, I should have engineer iqama. But to have engineer iqama, I should be a member of SCE but I am not yet qualified at that time. My SCE membership was rejected, that's why the SCE gave me temporary membership just to get final exit visa. Then I went back to the Philippines, got a new visa which doesn't require SCE membership. And then my days with my previous company continues. That was the only solution.
