Apply for residency in the D.R. 1st step home country

The Dr Consulate in United States does not provide the Residency Application.

They assist and process the Residency VISA that you will choose to start the process of the DR Residency once you are reviewed and approved.

I don't want to provide to much information as it's really all depends on your case and the VISA and residency type you are applying for.

Different DR Consulates offices in the states have some difference on how you can apply.

I would recommend contacting the DR Consulate nearest to your state for the Residency VISA type you are applying for.

As far as applying for the Residency itself with DGM your intial JPEQ digital required documents will need uploaded in the portal.

Would recommend seeking legal assistance with both processes.
