You'll need what is called a Single Permit: GVVA; the single permit combines the residence permit and the work permit. You can read all about them on the Dutch Government website; this link will take you straight to it.
Your forum information tells me you're an Egyptian citizen, so part of this process includes a requirement to integrate into Dutch society (MVV) and amongst other things entails a Dutch language exam (written, spoken and reading); you need to contact the nearest Dutch Embassy/Consulate to where you live and ask there about MVV.
