Hello i need your insights about my situation. I went for final exit last April 2023 and I got 20% of my end of service benefits the remaining which they told they will gonna pay us within 12mos or April 2024. Now they send email to me asking for a bank account if I were inside the kingdom. And if not they ask for a representative to claim my unpaid dues provided that I will present with notarized authorization letter and bank account details of the trusted person. My question is now I'm currently residing here in the Philippines and my husband was still working inside the kingdom. I can make notarized authorization letter to my husband to claim my benefits on my behalf the thing is they will acknowledge this notarized letter that I made here in the Philippines in a foreign a country. What things should I be done?

That notarized letter needs to be attested by Saudi Embassy and then MOFA Saudi for it to have any value. It counts for zero otherwise.

But if you are presenting it to a private company, you might not need to do that. Just ask them if they will accept a notarized letter from your country (it has to be in English or Arabic).

Hello. So far there's no issue to the paper I showed to them. My worry is they will going to transfer it to my husband bank account. Will there be no any problem in the bank if there's such transaction happened I'm my husband bank account which he use for salary

No. He can show the bank the proof of the funds if asked.
