PROBATIONARY PERIOD IN THE QIWA

Guys what if the date given on the contract in the QIWA still shows you have probationary period (even though it is passed), can you resign without any notice period?

What is this story of notice period according to the labour law? One has to serve 60 days notice or will have to stay till the day contract ends or pay for the rermaining period of the contract?
