I would suggest that tailor type jobs will be done by locals.as they can speak the language and converse with customers.

For food and a home you will need to rent a room or flat yourself and pay for food as well.

To be honest, I think you will not have any luck moving to Bulgaria.

It isn't easy to get a visa that permits you to legally work in Bulgaria, and they aren't at all welcoming to illegals!

Your best first step would be to do some research into applying for a D visa for Bulgaria. Check online, or ask at your nearest Bulgarian Embassy. Basically, unless you can get an employer to sponsor you, you'll be very unlikely to be able to move and work in Bulgaria.
