Should I obtain my visa in the US ? getting mixed information and what type of visa is required?

Should I declare my actual income as I work remote as Im trying to avoid paying taxes twice?

Unfortunately Bolivia does not have a tax treaty with the USA so it is possible you may be double-taxed - however you may be able to claim some exclusions for taxes paid in another country.  Both countries claim the right to tax the world-wide income of residents.

This article may help.  But you should contact Bolivia tax preparers experienced in dealing with foreign income.
