Hi, Im an Indian working as an RN in Flanders region for the last 3 years, now my employer applied for the renewal of my work permit on 12th Feb 2024 and as of now the status is still Admissable, but we have called to the Arbite Ispectie and they said it won't be renewed since they have some issues on the care home.

My residence card also been expired on 31st March 2024 and currently I'm residing with Annexe 49 without job.

My question is that, can I apply for another work permit with another employer without the residence card and with the Annexe 49, in this case I should go back to India for the processing or not? Kindly reply on the above query
