I think you will need to be a citizen of an English speaking country.
In other words, English should be your native language.

Please note that work permits for Liechtenstein do NOT automatically come with a permit to live in the country!
Many foreigners live in nearby Switzerand (which is also cheaper!) and commute to work in Liechtenstein. Due to the small size of the country, this is easily possible by public transport, bicycle or even on foot. But you do need a residence permit for Switzerland (which Liechtenstein cannot issue) - do you have that?
