My son managed to get a full excellence scholarship for the four years of the Bachelor in January 2024, and we completed all the procedures and obtained the F-1 visa in May and bought the plane ticket.
He just received an email from the finance department yesterday informing him of the change in the allocated amount from $11,000 per year to $300 per year, without any explanation.
I would like to know what recourse he has to avoid seeing his dream evaporate and save his university year.
