I'm a pakistani ♂️ and my fiancee is a brazilian woman, ♀️

1) my question is whether the proxy marriage done in brazil in 2024 is acceptable in brazilian embassy islamabad pakistan to get family visa.

2) Or it is mandatory that both the fiancees must be present in Pakistan to get the marriage registered.

3) If marriage registration is to be done in Pakistan, what documents will be required from Brazilian girl if she is single.

4) Is it mandatory after that to get the Brazilian marriage certificate again from the Brazilian Embassy in Islamabad and what documents are required from both the spouses.

5) In how many days can this marriage certificate be obtained from the Brazilian embassy located in Islamabad and after that in how many days can the family visa be issued.

Again with the Pakistani proxy marriage?

You must be the 100th one to solicit advice in this forum.

Some Brazilian Mail Order Bride racket  must be  doing a number on you fellas.

I hope you haven't handed over money to her or any procurer, or any bridal fixer.  Because if you did so, you have been taken for a ride.  Your hard earned savings... gone.

Just you know what's coming to you..... Your petition will be at the bottom of a pile collecting dust in the local Brazilian Consulate's cabinet file.

Ahead of Pakistanis they  have, thus far...

Palestinians

Syrians

Egyptians

Lebanese

Haitians

Chinese

Ukranians

All of the above with one thing in common. They are refugees. All but ,  except for the Chinese, from War torn Countries.   The Chinese bribe better, btw. So they are in the list.

I think at this point in time, the good folks at the Brazilian Consulate in Islamabad  and Lahore have figured this mail order bride  racket out, and will politely give you a " we will look through your application paperwork and get back to you". Meaning, they will send your paperwork to the dead file stack.

You want a proxy marriage VISA this badly,  then consider paying a visit to a Russian Consulate. Mother Russia desperately needs  able bodied males , specially the ones who do not show up inebriated to  their Consulate appointments.

As matter of fact, Good Looking Russian Woman are wedding poor  Chinese Farmers over  the local yokels. Chinese guys don't beat them when inebriated. Which is a well known stereotype amongst young Russian Males.   And yes, Chinese man are into drinking games too. It's called baijiu.  But the average Russian gal does not know any better.

As per one American Immigration Attorney, who used to work with Brazilian Emigres ( Dr Joel Stewart, btw ) , Brazilian Women are way  too pragmatic.  They do not take crap from any tradition bound male from anywhere in the world.  They won't take marching orders from you fellas. You don't fit into their program, you are gone and destitute.

A little bit of logic, on why you stand a 1 in a million chance to get a Visa under proxy marriage....

Your country is a quarter of Brazil's land mass, and yet, it has the size of the Brazilian Population.

The Brazilian Consulate is a Brazilian Territory in your Country. They owe you no satisfaction of their deeds and policies.

Comrade Putin wants you bad.  Sign up. You do not need to go far as Moscow or St Petersburg. Vladivostok is a mightly good place to get you up and running.

1 . You absolutely cannot obtain a family unification visa for Brazil on the basis of a proxy marriage.  This is specifically prohibited by Brazilian law.

2 . To have any hope of obtaining a visa, your Brazilian fiancée must go to Pakistan and marry you in person there, and then must go in person (you should, of course, go with her, but she MUST be there) to the Brazilian Embassy in Islamabad to register your marriage.

3 . To marry in Pakistan, both you and your fiancée will need to provide whatever documents are required to marry under Pakistani law.

4 . In addition, to register your marriage at the Brazilian Embassy, you will both have to provide your Pakistani Marriage certificate, your identity documents, your birth certificates (issued within the last 90 days for the Brazilian partner) And proof that neither of you has ever been married, or if you have, legal proof that any and all previous marriages were terminated either by divorce or by the death of any previous partner.  Your fiancée should contact the Brazilian Embassy in Islamabad before she leaves Brazil to determine what other documents they may require.  If either of you has a current legal spouse, the Embassy WILL NOT RECOGNIZE OR REGISTER YOUR MARRIAGE, or issue a visa to you.  If the Embassy agrees to register your marriage, it will issue a Consular Certification (Certidão Consular de Registro de Casamento), which you fiancée must present to the cartório (registry office) in her city when she returns to Brazil to receive your Brazilian Marriage Certificate.

5 . After the Consular Certification of your marriage is issued, the Embassy will allow you to request a visa to return to Brazil with your spouse.  How long these processes will take depends on whether the Embassy considers your documentation complete and satisfactory, and their processing time.  To be safe, I would suggest that your fiancée plan to be in Pakistan for at least one month after the wedding, and be prepared to stay longer, if necessary.  If she is in contact with the Embassy before leaving for Pakistan and fully understands their requirements, that will help.

Another vote here for Vladivostok. I just returned from Russia 3 days ago. Spent a week at my apartment in Vladi, 3 days in Moscow, and 4 in St Pete where I attended SPIEF.
