Regarding Temporary Engineers Membership in SCE

Assalamualikum everyone, please help me regarding the SCE registration, I got my Engineering completed in June 2019 but the date on Convocation is February 2020 which is not yet 5 years according to the SCE rule, now So can i apply for temporary membership, has anyone got this done, i am working in Jeddah for around 2.5 years and have a amil iqama, please help, Thank you
