I´m from Spain. Currently you meet people from Venezuela and Latin America everywhere around here. Some immigrants from Valencia (Carabobo) and San Cristóbal de Táchira have advised me to visit The Andean area, la Cordillera de Mérida if I looked for a temperate climate and welcoming people.
