converting tourist visa to a resident/work permit

i'm planing to enter Qatar with a tourist visa with the prospect of converting it to a resident/work permit b/4 it expires/. wtat's the possibility?

not easy also not hard to do it
but you must have someone here can help you to find a company which welling to give you a working visa

Converting a tourist visa to work visa needs to be done outside Qatar itself. I have experience it.
There is no way you can convert it while you are in Qatar.
