Can my employer cancel my ePass if I am outside of Malaysia?

Hi,

I have resigned from my company in Malaysia, due to some personal reasons I am out of Malaysia and I can't go back to Malaysia for a few months of my visa(ePass) cancellation.

But I am fine if my company can cancel my visa(ePass), but after canceling the visa(ePass) if I am not in Malaysia, will I get blacklisted or banned from entering again to Malaysia?
