Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Many mines in the UK have closed. Depends on the type of mine you are looking for; my advice would be to use something like Google to find which companies are still working. Once you have found them, contact them and ask if they are willing to sponsor you as a skilled worker. The UK Gov website on the subject can be found at this link.
