Moving to Rome with 2 cats and a dog

Hello,

I am hopeful that someone can offer assistance :)  My husband has very recently been posted in Rome for approximately 3 years. The office is very close to the Muratella train station but that does not appear to be the best area for housing, especially for a dog and two cats.

I am completely ignorant about the best areas of Rome that are pet friendly with long term rentals that may offer outdoor space. I have some mobility issues that make walking daily somewhat difficult which is why the outdoor space is necessary.  As my husband will need to take the train back and forth daily access to transportation is key too.

I may be asking for the moon but any feedback is welcome!

Thanks so much,

Krista
