We are considering moving to Adelaide from NZ. We are a Dutch/English/french/kiwi family. We will be visiting beginning October to check the place out. It would be great to get an opinion of other families that have moved here.
Our boys are not the playstation/PSP kind, rather active. love their sports. Speak fluent french as well as english.
We are looking to be in an area where we can get rid of one car. We would like a character house (not necessarily big) with a garden, the kids in a local school, and amenities nearby. Maybe a few chooks. A neighborhood where the kids still get together in the street to play would be perfect.
Any info appreciated.

Hi there we are also considering a move to Adelaide from NZ and am visiting in October early to mid! Our children mostly left home now just one in last years of school and have also raised outside children. We are looking round adelaide hills or north as we like the country life so anyone with advise re bushfire risk or drought would be apreciated. Also the current job market looking for employment as accountant and midwife.
