Payment Options for Uruguay Digital Nomad Visa

I am in the process of applying for the Uruguay Digital Nomad Visa and need to make the required payment. Since I’m based in Nigeria, I cannot pay the fee online unless I have a credit or debit card issued by a Uruguayan bank or through local financial institutions such as Abitab, RedPagos or Correo Uruguayo.

Please, how feasible is it for anyone to assist me in making the payment in Uruguayan pesos (UYU), and then I can send the equivalent in Uruguayan pesos, dollars or cryptocurrency?
