Hello
I am not a permanent resident yet but I should be eligible to apply as of next January.
On the other hand I was offered a job as independent which I would like to take.
I am though scared of the change and how it can impact my permanent residency and citizenship application and scared to take a risk few months before being eligible for a permanent residency.
I am also scared of losing this opportunity and I do not know if it can happen again.
Do you think moving to independent status is very much risky ?
What would you have done if you were in my situation ?
